Wild Blueberry Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 small banana
1 6-oz container plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon walnuts
2/3 cup coconut water

Preparation

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately.
